Questions

Do I pick a date when I buy?No. A pass has no date and never expires. You pick your event date when you create the event, and guests can add clips through 7 days after it.
Do guests need an app?No app. They scan the code, add their name and email, tick one box, and the camera opens in their browser.
What if some guests do not film?Film length and content depend on what guests upload, so we say so plainly before you pay.
What about phone-free ceremonies?You choose which parts of the day to film. Your dashboard changes the guest message for you.
Can I use this on a computer?Yes. Hosts can manage everything from a laptop. Guests film best from their phones.
How long until I get my film?Once you tap submit, we start right away. Most films are ready within a few days. Bigger events can take a little longer.
How long is my Memory Link kept?We aim to keep it for 7 years after delivery, but we cannot promise that, and we could have to shut down one day. We will try to give notice so you can download everything, so please keep your own copies too.
Can I get a refund?All sales are final except where the law requires otherwise. Please read the Host Event Agreement before you book.
