Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes! Lumi Academy offers a free 48-hour trial with full access. After the trial, you can choose monthly ($9.99/mo), annual ($95/yr), or the Lifetime Pass ($350 one-time).
What exactly is the Lifetime Pass?
The Lifetime Pass is a one-time payment of $350 that gives your family access to Lumi Academy for as long as the product is actively operated by YourSpace LLC. It covers up to 8 learner profiles, Pre-K through 12th grade (Lumi Academy Pre-K-8th plus Lumi High 9th-12th, included free), all current and future subjects. Important: "lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the product — not the purchaser's or child's lifetime. All sales are final and non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How do I cancel my monthly or annual subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period with no pro-rated refund. No phone calls or forms required.
What grades and subjects are covered?
Lumi Academy itself covers Pre-K through 8th grade across 13 subjects: Math, Reading & ELA, Science, Social Studies, Spanish, Logic, Creative Writing, Trivia, Debate, Life Skills, Art, Music, and Spelling Tests -- and every plan also includes Lumi High (9th-12th grade) free, so your family is covered Pre-K through 12th.
How many kids can I add to one account?
All plans — monthly, annual, and Lifetime — include up to 8 child learner profiles on a single parent account. No per-child fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Square.
Do you offer plans for daycares or learning centers?
Yes! We offer custom institutional pricing for daycares and learning centers. Seat count and pricing are tailored to your enrollment. Email us at lumi.academy.support@gmail.com and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
