Your data, in your hands
Delete your videos, an event, or your whole account yourself, any time. You never need to contact anyone. Deleting is permanent, so we ask you twice.
What stays
Deleting removes your content from ReelKept. It does not change films that were already made or copies other people downloaded. We keep a short activity record (what happened, when, and from which device) for legal and security reasons, and Square keeps its own payment records.
Events you host
Deleting an event removes every clip, photo, film, the private link and the join code. The pass you used is not given back.
Events you joined as a guest
Delete the clips you filmed. You will be left out of any new version of the film.

Delete my whole account
- All events you host are deleted, with every clip and film.
- Your clips in other people's events are deleted.
- Your sign-in and saved details are deleted. You cannot sign back in.
- You have 0 unused pass(es). They are lost.
